APN for roaming: cannot set it up :-(

Hello Smarty Comms, I added the Smarty SIM card before leaving the UK, but did not do the APN trick and now I am stuck in Europe with a non-working SIM for roaming. Tried to follow instructions to set it up, but does not seem to work: I ended up with two APNs called "3" one of which is non-editable and the other non-selectable. Any help please?

Same thing happened to me. No one to talk with when the words don’t match screens…

@MarkSco_2831591 What about web chat? If you do this while overseas, the network may well say "3".

Sorry to hear you've ran into issues when setting up the device for roaming. 

Could you please provide a screenshot of your APN settings so I can investigate a bit further.
