What's New?

When you refer a friend to SMARTY and they renew their plan for a second month, both you and your friend can earn up to £20 in gift cards. Choose from John Lewis & Partners including Waitrose, Amazon.co.uk, or Uber including Uber Eats. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about SMARTY!

How It Works

Simply refer your friends to SMARTY. When they sign up for one of our plans and renew for a second month, you both get rewarded based on the plan they choose:

  • £5 Gift Card for plans priced between £0-£9.99
  • £10 Gift Card for plans priced between £10-£14.99
  • £20 Gift Card for plans priced between £15-£20

I believe switching to the new referal program broke the old system. I referred friends on the first days July and they are already on their second consecutive month paid plan, however neither of us received the referal rewards. Contacted to Webchat and was said that there is a problem with referal system almost for a week. When referal system will be restored? Or it is better to take a break in promoting smarty for referal reward?

We’re aware that some customers are yet to receive their gift card, and we apologise for the delay. Due to a technical issue, there has been a slight hold-up. I referred my mum back in may. Still not received gift voucher.

I did this and lost 15 pounds. Pankat was unable to help .I need legitimate customer service?
