Wifi calling xperia 1
Any success with having wifi calling working on sony xperia
It was working on EE before switching to smarty

I got it working for 2 months now
I followed the instructions on this reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/SonyXperia/comments/110r2dv/enable_vowifi_for_tmobile_verizon_on_1_iv_no_root/
it works fine and the settings persist on reboot
It seems like Smarty actually support wifi calling for this device and the instructions in the post is for showing the toggle in the options to enable it
Did you manage to get this working? I'm having the same problem with my unlocked xperia 1IV. Worked fine with EE but not on smarty. This is a deal breaker for me as there is no mobile signal at all in my rural area. Is it possible to go back to EE or do I have to go through the whole process of gstting a PAC code etc?

If not, it could be worthwhile updating the Android version on your device.Was your Xperia 1 purchased from EE prior to Dec-2021?
