Wi-fi calling down

Hello, Iv’e checked network status and it said there is maintenance upgrades in your area but it does’nt say for how long, iv’e been without wi-fi calling for 2 weeks now and the only reason i got broadband (vodaphone btw) was for wi-fi calling because there is no signal in my valley, how do i find out how long wi-fi calling will be off? Smarty website is not working very frustrating, i can’t make calls except via wassapp, this message wont send because you want email verification but iv’e not received one, i’m fed up with this cant talk to a human in customer services i’m leaving for lebara Kind regards david.
