Whenever someone calls it just does a long beep and ends call?
Whenever someone calls me it doesn’t do the dial tone at all it just has my name on the phone call for about 5 seconds does a long beep then just ends any reason why this is happening?

NialFla_3126476 Worth checking your phone settings to make sure that you don't have it set to reject or forward all calls?
