"We're fixing an issue in this area",,, NOW 6 DAYS WITH NO DATA........

No phone network data for 6 days now in Liverpool L30,,, again... Standard statement, "we're fixing an issue in this area".... I used to get great service/data speeds with Smarty (aka Three), but this longggg outage of data (not the 1st time), is a real inconvenience... My daughter visited me yesterday, she is on the "Three" network, her data went off in my area too... A month ago, I was telling people Smarty is one of the best services, I won't be saying this from now on... I have now switched off my recurring payments to Smarty (im sure I won't be reimbursed for the weeks of no data)... No fixes, no help, shame... So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish....

    These matters are best dealt with via Complaints.

      I was always getting great coverage & signal in my area (My living room) for the past few years Rachel,,, I can still use calls & texts, just no data... thanks for the reply...
