Really disappointed and frustrated today. Webchat did not respond for 15 mins, then more than 5 mins in between query and response. Gave up in the end!!! I am trying to activate a SIM card on a data...
At least you found Web chat, I have been trying for 30 mins! Just keep going round in self help article circles. Might have to leave.
