Volume issues
Anyone notice that the need to use loud speaker in their phones to hear the other caller
this has happened in the last 3/4 months and it’s on an iPhone and an android device. Any advice help welcome.

I would suspect that the volume issues are caused more with the device. It could be network related if the call is struggling to connect however as MSF has advised this is not a common issue. I would advise contact the webchat support team to investigate the network provisioning to see if there is anything that could be causing this issue: Contact us - FAQ | SMARTY
