good morning my voicemail is not working my phone (Iphone8+) rings 5 times when someone is calling then just cuts off without my voicemail jumping in. Please advise me if the problem is a Smarty issue.

KimLewi_1129841 Firstly, you will need to check through your phone settings.
If all is set correctly, I suggest a web chat with Smarty Support for them to check at their end.
