But it isn't a statement, they can be varying degrees of fiction. I'm having issues with Smarty complaints over calls and texts appearing on Dashboard for two different sims that I have not sent. Smarty are claiming that the information on those Dashboards 'aligns with their records'.
I can't say I've ever seen any fictional entries in my own usage log.
I do recall incoming calls that get forwarded to voicemail show in the log (as from a network billing perspective, call forwarding counts as a call initiated by you, albeit there's no charge, as unlimited calls are included with Smarty anyway).
iPhones also send a text message in the background to register for iMessage, which I know used to show in the usage log, but I'm not sure if Smarty have excluded it from the log now to avoid customer confusion.
