J9 Firstly, did you give it an hour or two to activate? Turn off and then on again to encourage connection.
If your Account Dashboard shows that the sim is active and has a current Smarty Plan showing, you can do a Network Status check to look for any local mast problems.
If none of that works, web chat with Smarty Support.
