Unable to make call
I'm unable to make a call I have a Samsung phone so does my husband and kids .I'm unable to ring my husband any ideas why can only ring though whatsapp to him
Put your SIM card in another phone if you can - If you can ring your husband without problems from another phone, it’s your phone that has a problem. If you still can’t ring your husband from the other phone, you have a faulty SIM card and need a replacement.
Also, make sure that your husbands number in your phone hasn’t been corrupted / changed in any way.
Have you tried ringing other numbers ? Does that replicate the same problem ?
Its only my husband I can't ring its ever since I changed to smarty I was previously with ee no problems .I can ring anyone else no problems
