Turn off voicemail
You'll need ask SMARTY to deactivate the voicemail on your account DaveWri_1870916.
Get in-touch using the web chat, which operates 8am - 8pm daily.
It's all explained in the online help FAQ at https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/952741-setting-up-voicemail.
Unfortunately, SMARTY community members can't do that ShazadA_1525100.
Ask an advisor to do this, using the SMARTY online web chat.To speak with an advisor, visit https://smarty.co.uk/contact, then scroll down to start a conversation.
The advisors work until 8pm everyday.
