Truma i Net box

I have a Smarty sim in a Truma i Net box in a Motorhome. The I Net controls the heating by recieving and sending out txt messages. I cannot get it to work in the UK but as soon as I cross to France it worked perfectly and when back it the UK it would not work again. I have tried a Vodafone SIM in the Box and that works in the UK

    I assume that you have downloaded the maker's literature on this. On their website, this appears in FAQ's - unfortunately, when I tried to look at the answer, I got the Error 404 notice.

    I would suggest contacting them directly to see if they can provide more information.
