Transferring number from old network to smarty

I’ve been trying to transfer my number to my new smarty sim for about a week now, I’ve put it through several times and I either get a ‘number hasn’t been transferred over’ message or nothing h...

I’m on Day 11 since my number transfer request from Smarty resulted in my account with old provider closed and my number disconnected. Still absolutely no idea when my number I’ve had for about ten years I’d given back to me . I’ve been on daily to help desk , made formal customer service complaints and just had platitudes in regards in response . Really poor from Smarty and utterly frustrating
