Tp link archer mr600 with Smarty data sim running slow

Hi, I set up the router yesterday. But still can not get it up to speed. Is it the router or the sim?

Anthony_2704506 How could we know? What is normal speed for your area? Is sim any better when put in a phone? If better in a phone, then it's the router maybe.

There are many factors that affect your devices speed.
How far away are you from any Three mast(s) (You probably know that Three is the parent company of Smarty)
Where are you trying to use the router ? House, Flat, Caravan etc ? Are there any metal structures nearby, which would act as a faraday cage ?
What are you trying to do ? Use the router as a replacement for fixed line broadband, hoping to run a gaming console, etc ? Make sure you don’t fall foul of section 5.15 of Smarty’s terms and conditions.
