Total rubbish across Berkshire

After three months of intermittent voice and data, I'm pulling the plug on Smarty. Such a shame as its been great for the last couple of years, but now it's unusable. 

Heading over to a proper contract with Vodafone.

Thanks for the good memories.

    My wife has a Vodafone contract and service is fine. It's not about service at home, it's about service almost anywhere across Berkshire: Central Egham; 4 bars, no 4G. Bracknell: 4 bars, no 4G. Maidenhead? 4 bars, no 4G. My office in E1? 2 bars, no 4G. Forget 5G, I get no bars.

    It was good, now appalling service.

    Just a thought, have you considered asking your neighbours what mobile network they use and perhaps ask them to make a call from your home. This may give a far better indication of signal than the "Coverage Checker" !!. After all we don't want to enter a long term contract with a supplier only to find that there is an issue with service.

    MichaelJ_453195​ Have you completed some form of Coverage Check for Vodafone service in your area? Will the service definitely be better? I mention this because some people cannot get a signal where they live, no matter what network they choose.
