Topping up error
IV not been able to top for two days now just keep getting an error iv chatted to some on the chat on smarty website but still no luck please help

The replys are very slow to been waiting and day just to hear back
JonnyMu_2434301 I would recommend raising it as a complaint instead. I believe that moves it further up the 'chain of command'.
JonnyMu_2434301 You need a web chat with the Support Team so that they can access your account.
I have done it didn't resolve anything
