Add-on credit to account balance
Does anyone know how to convert one of my group’s outstanding add-on credit to their account balance?
There does not appear to be the options available that are described in the FAQ and other chats.

I’ve tried both, neither seem to provide the option to transfer addon credit to account balance

NathanHy_507323 Are you signing in as Group Owner? You can normally control group members' accounts.
If this isn't going s expected, you will need a web chat with Smarty Support who can check out those account for you. http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact
