Texts telling me my account is about to expire.

Hi I have had some texts and emails telling me my card is about to expire. I have changed my card but I am still getting the texts.

    IanMacg_2102050 Are you certain that the texts and emails come from Smarty?

    If so, and you think that is not correct, contact Smarty Support via web chat.

    Hi I thought the same thing.

    Smartys Web chat is completely useless. That's why I came on here. Thanks for the reply.

      IanMacg_2102050 The problem may be that the system has this glitch but the support staff don't know about it.

    The best way to ensure your account takes your renewal payment from your new card is to remove all old payment methods.
