Temporary phone number problem
I transferred my old number over to Smarty months ago but when I messaged my son the temporary number appears and when he replies I do not receive his messages. I am not particularly tech savvy.

DavidLo_3342195 A network reset (in Settings on phone) should sort it. The phone is 'remembering' the first number allocated to the sim and needs a nudge to change it.
