AstleyFe_909357 We are members like you and don’t run the network.
Three runs the network and not Smarty. It may well be only one mast in your area and not the whole network- we have normal service currently.

Were sorry to hear you have found it difficult to understand the reason for the network issues in your area.
Like all networks, SMARTY can’t guarantee 100% coverage or an entirely fault-free service. This information is outlined in our terms and conditions. Some areas may indeed have better coverage with SMARTY than others, and factors such as the size and layout of buildings can significantly impact service quality, including indoor coverage.
We suggest checking our network status checker for any updates: https://smarty.co.uk/network-status-checker. You might also try testing the SIM in another device to see if the issue continues.
In any case, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer care team so we can help you further: https://smarty.co.uk/contact. We can understand your frustrations and we are sorry for this, if you wish to raise this feedback in the form of a complaint you can do so here: https://smarty.co.uk/complaints
