Switch from Data Only to Data + Calls

Thanks for the help, I did manage to get Support to cancel the SIM so I have now ordered a new Data + Call SIM. It woudl he helpful if this was better covered in the FAQ's.
Unfortunately this reply was not as helpful as I hoped. Talking to Support, they can only change the SIM on at the next renewal date. Since my account was suspended, I had to reactivate the account, as data only, and then I was told I would have to wait 30 days until it could be changed to a Data + Call SIM. Luckily I only reactivated at a minimum payment.
So it appears that Smarty CANNOT effectively convert a data only SIM to data + Calls.
I am hoping Support can cancel my account, and maybe I will try the spare SIM
MarkWal_2873962 To be fair, they can convert your data sim but it is hard to see how they could do it mid-way through a Smarty plan because the price is not the same. Changes to plans take place at the end of a current plan when the customer has chosen what the next plan will be.
