Still says my plan hasnt finished when it has ran out

My plan has ended and a can't make phone calls but when I go to start a new one it's saying I still have data left????

    LeeWalk_2992208  When you log into your Account Dashboard on the web site, you would normally see a yellow box with data details and underneath a date when the plan will reset. Are you not seeing that?

      t's not normal for me to be like this without a plan and with the money taken 2 days ago.

    Hi, it has never happened to me in 3-4 years with smarty to renew another plan and after 2-3 days to receive messages that my plan has expired after I paid 17 pounds on 29-06-25 today 02-07-25 today so my plan has expired is it possible to lose it?

      IlieTrandafir7 You bought the 200Gb plan? Even if you used all the data, you would still have calls and texts because they are unlimited.

      If you post again, please can you just type into the box - nearly missed most of what you wrote.
