Still no phone service
I know there have been network problems. My phone was totally unaffected, but wife's was. There was a time in Friday when there she had no signal at all. That has been resolved. She can send and receive texts, and data seems to work. However, she cannot make or receive calls. Says phone service is not available. What's going on?

Hi I am having the same issues just now.
has your issue resolved, if so how did you fix it?
I cant get anyone to answer the web chat as it's a 12 hour wait .
