Still don't have connection

Hello, 

My number +447871713182. I new customer. It show me that everything activate. Why I can't use Internet and can't to call.

    JelenaT_2925120  We are forum members and not Smarty Staff.

    Firstly, if you have just activated your sim and smarty plan, you may need to wait an hour or so for the system to catch up.

    Try turning the phone off and then on again after a minute or two.
