Hi everyone, I seem to have a problem with my speed, wondering if anyone can throw some light on it. Speed test at 0400 gives me about 200 mbps but speed test at 1900 gives me about 2mbps. Any advise would be much appreciated.

We have the opposite problem - 05.30hr crawling between 5kps and 7mps, 20.00hr 52mps. Same device, same location, same sim, same weather. Speed can fluctuate a bit during the day but not usually as badly as this morning. Web chat fairly hopeless, service checker says all OK so I do not understand why it is happening. We live in rural Hampshire and our home fibre is out of action so we are relying on the 4g sim for data. Phone calling can be a bit iffy but data is more extreme. We swapped to smarty because they were good value and better coverage than the others for our location. Since the swap to 4g we have generally had a better service but the last 2 weeks it has become frustrating. Not sure why 5.30 in the morning would be subject to congestion.
