Social tarrif
I have tried to get the social tarrif more than 3 times by going through the process and still hasn't been sorted. My plan has ran out today and I should be paying for the social tarrif this month but im not getting the option.

You haven't said what went wrong, but Smarty can only provide information to DWP and go by their response.
You can also have a web chat with a Smarty Support agent to see if there is anything else that they can do if you feel that there has been an error.
