Smarty your data allowance
I have a 100GB data allowance yet when I use 1/3 of it they say I am out of data and need to bye more. Is that not a problem? Has anyone got the same problem if so did the find a solution? or a direct contact address where I can get resolution?

Hi kinuso we will send you notification when you have used up 80% of your base plan data. It sounds as though you might be on a promotional plan so your base plan data allowance is lower with promotional data making up the rest which would explain why you're receiving the notification prematurely.
Unfortunately, these are service notifications and can't be changed but you can always double check your dashboard to make sure you are on the correct plan with the correct data allowance.
