Smarty website
the Smarty website is an absolute joke except its not funny wasting so much time on it. the site is clunky, the opposite of user friendly and effective customer support is absent. I wanted to change switch payment cards and although I ticked the box for the relevant card, when I next looked it had reverted to the original.
I have given up trying to remove old cards !

I had the same issue. The app showed card A as being selected, the website card B. Checked 24 hours later and it sorted itself out.
