I joined Smarty in February.
In a few days time it will be one month being with Smarty.
During that time no problem with data.
I am on unlimited data, calls and text.
Not getting calls or text.
Only had the service (call/text) for two days so far.
That is not an unlimited service.
I am not registered on IMS.
IMS registration is needed.
IMS needs to be registered on my phone for VoLTE (Voice over LTE - making and receiving a calls) Wi-Fi calling and RCS messaging to work.
Any Smarty Customer having any issues with calls or text it. This may be your problem?
To anyone at Smarty who can rectify this for me one day soon - I'd be very happy.

TaibatC_3755114 Have you tried a web chat with Smarty Support if you feel that they may be able to sort this for you.
(I freely admit that I do not know anything about this issue, but I would contact them to see if they are aware / can sort it for you)
