Smarty Plan Renewal Fails
Yesterday tried to Renew my plan, had two Payments Errors, the payments were taken from my bank accounts (Details Available), my Plan was not Renewed so I have no service and two payments out of pocket
Can this be Sorted please....

MikeP_2078201 Yes, but only if you contact Smarty Support via web chat. We are forum members - customers - and cannot deal with such an issue for you.
