Smarty number showing instead of my transfered number in messages

I joined Smarty and transferred my old number over which was successful.  However when I use RCS messages the Smarty number shows and not my transferred number. My friends are confused. I've turned off RCS messaging, restarted my phone and tried again but still having the same issue. It there something I need to do? I'm on Android.

    I'm exactly the same. I'm getting no where with smarty I've done everything they've said and still using smarty number. Did you sort it.

      DebraBe_3472970 Does your Account Dashboard show the transferred-in number?

    GailHam_3237407 How about a Network Reset in your phone settings?

    That usually seems to sort things where the phone has 'remembered' the original allocated number.
