Very often, you can get help here or via the help pages on smarty website, unless it is a direct account query when only smarty staff can access the accounts.
- To reiterate, “ I personally didn’t ask you for any answers as I put a statement there, not a question. I am stating the fact to you which is the solution you offered to the other user didn’t work. So maybe next time when someone did ask for a question, give them trial and tested solutions? No need to repeat what their website says see can all see that.” Helping each other is always voluntary as it brings joy to us, that’s why we all (not just a few as you quoted) try our best to support each other, with valid answer. Helping others is not to get recognised,if that is what you aim for, that is not voluntary and no need to glorify your voluntarism. Best wishes.

Unless you are hiding behind an alter ego, it looks like you joined a couple of days ago and have posted five times in total, mostly to point out failing in smarty's offering.

Qingdao ..says the person who jumps in on someone else's thread that already has an Accepted Solution to point out something that helps nobody.
Still, quite a lot of people seem to find my style of assistance useful, judging by the kudos they offer - can't be all bad. Just goes to prove that you can help some of the people some of the time, but you can't help all of the people all of the time (certainly not if they want a good old whinge)
I was also surprised why I had to reiterate at first place, then I realised certain people don’t read properly lol
I pointed out Smarty doesn’t provide best customer service which ironically you agreed. Then the rest of the times I was pointing out YOUR failure, not Smarty’s. Whoops clearly not read properly again lol. See ya.
