When will my old number come through

Stephen_1991419 From where? What did the email say when you entered your PAC code?
I did it yesterday but still not gone through i phoned my old provider my acount is closed does it take time to get switched over
Stephen_1991419 If you order before 5pm (ish) then it should go through by end of business on following working day.
Check your account dashboard and you should see if your number changes.
