sim connected ap say active but it's not
As title says, instructions from chat say longin to website and say sim arrived, where the hell is option to same sim arrived, when I try Google voice does not no what I'm asking, doing my nut in this is

andybel_3412935 Not sure if I totally understand what you have said.
If the account dashboard says your sim is activated, you may need to wait a little while for the system to catch up (up to a couple of hours I understand).
Turning phone off then on again, or a Network Reset, may help with this.
