SIM activated but no signal or ?

JamesFo_3382410 Does your account dashboard show an active sim and a current Smarty plan?
Have you tried a Network Reset on the device?
Smarty specifically recommends that its movie signal is no replacement for home broadband. The signal may not be as stable and may also be slower at times.

JamesFo_3382410 I'm glad it's working for you. Multi-slot sim phones often seem to be a problem - don't know why because I have never had one to research the issue.
If Three signal is better than Vod or O2, your area must also be a difficult one for mobile signal.
