my voicemails used to work fine yk "welcome to ur voicemail u have one new message from 07...." then then message plays and now when i try to use it I ring it and it's just complete utter silence. nothing. idk if the voicemails I'm recieving are silent either but it's literally nothing and it's very frustrating because I'm trying to go to uni and what if they are calling about something important?? how the hell do I fix this please 🙏
I have had the same problem today. Voicemail rings once and then silent.
I've already turn my phone on and off. Is voicemail broken for everyone?

Looks like it is broken at the moment, so you cannot fix it.
YulianK can this please be brought to the attention of someone with screwdriver/voltmeter?
Hi. Same here. Silent voicemail. Contacted help - agent turned it off and back on again and said try it again in 2 hours ... so not much help.
