Roaming month

What month is meant for the roaming 12gb limit?  Is it the calendar month, a month from when you start roaming, your subscription month or something else?

Hi GaryHar_1371254 you'll be able to use up to 12GB of your in-plan data whilst roaming. If you were on the 100GB plan for example, and had used say 20GB of this allowance whilst in the UK before going abroad it wouldn't affect what you're able to use when you start roaming - that will still be 12GB.

Our plans are monthly rolling contracts so your allowance renews each time you make a payment. If your plan renews whilst you are abroad then you will then the 12GB will reset from the date you pay.

That's great - thank you. It means I will be limited to 12gb (unless I buy a data add on) this trip but I will get the full allowance again when I go away again at the end of next month.

Yep, 12GB is the max you can use from your plan whilst roaming. You can also choose to 'unlock' all of your plan allowance to use by purchasing an add-on, if needed. The roaming part doesn't work based on month/ billing cycle etc .. it's just how much of your plan you are allowed to use - I believe it resets when your general plan resets.
