Restrict tethering?

Is there a way to restrict tethering at certain times of day? My son has got around family link as he can still access the settings of his phone to use it as a hotspot when the WiFi turns off to watch TV. Is there a way to restrict tethering from the network side so that can only work in certain hours - or if an hour's timeframe isn't possible, is it possible to stop it being a possibility on the network side at all?
