Why I can’t reply text messages ?

Is that any text that you can't reply to? Some texts come from numbers that will not accept a reply (doctors, banks etc).
Do you mean you can't reply to text messages from a short-code, TaiTun_2316699?
yes, a message from bank and require a simple reply “yes”. But it wasn’t delivered.
