How do I purchase an out of plan add on to call Portugal?

In the add-ons menu, pick any add-on under the category "International calls, texts and data" (though clicking on the "UK chargeable calls and shortcodes" category add-ons should be the same as they both add out of plan add-on balance). You can use the add-on recommendation tool to help you find the right add-on to buy.
