Reduced signal
We used to have a strong signal here Ch54LS but in the last few weeks I am only getting 1 or 2 bars phone strength. I am unable to find out why its dropped not even trying to contact Smarty on here. Seems they make bit difficulty for you do do so. I will leave smarty if the low signal continues as it is.
Any help/ advice appreciated. Thanks.

LeslieM_2384724 I'm assuming that you regularly check the Network Status for the postcode - today it reports no problems.
Any large building going up in your area? Is it at any specific time of day?
The main point is, regardless of how many bars, does the phone work? We get variable bars on our phones here, but they seem to work just fine when we need them and that's what counts.
