I put my on account on hold as I misplaced my phone but I have found it and wish to reactivate my account

If you still need to re-activate your account, you should be able to do this by logging in here https://smarty.co.uk/login and making a payment.

same issue here but struggling to find a link for webchat, the link in the email sends me to FAQ page, nothing to activate speaking with a person. Need help to find it urgently please
