Reactivation
I have been overseas for an extended period and I want to reactivate my account.
On the way back to the UK, I will land in Germany and drive the rest of the from there.
I would like to know whether the SIM card will be activated and ready for use upon entering Germany

GaryGol_2277397 If your sim has been deactivated due to not being used for over 220 days, then I think you will need a new one with a new number. This would only be sent to your UK address, so I don't understand how you would activate it if you are not in the UK to receive it.
If I have misunderstood and it is only a few months since you last used the existing sim, then buying a new smarty plan should be sufficient to get things working again.

I am assuming that the SIM card that I already have will suffice, so I already have possession of the SIM card.
My account is showing an option to choose a plan and rejoin and the phone number is also being displayed. My last payment was May 13th 2024.

GaryGol_2277397 Ok, so you should simply be able to purchase a Smarty plan and then get going again.
Somehow, it seems that your sim did not get deactivated, despite inactivity for a long time - strange!
