This is the Community Forum and we are customers ike you - we cannot look at account details.
One thing you might want to do, at least until you get this fixed, is top up your SMARTY account in-store. You can find out how to do this here:

You can then use the credit you have purchased to pay your monthly plan. I usually add enough to cover one or two months, I do find it helps with my budgeting having this option as well.

AndyPandy But surely that would add a layer of inconvenience for the OP. The main issue is that his money is being applied to the account and his service is not interrupted - he can check easily on his account dashboard without visiting any shops.
