@jeffsmi_1024483 Is the number an internet based telephony service ? This seems to have come up before on posts.
I changed my phone and then they we could hear each other, dont know why the old phone would not work, the strange thing is the old phone now has my work sim card in and it works fine even though all the settings are the same.
@jeffsmi_1024483 Sim not inserted absolutely 100%? Dirty sim?
