Replacement sims useless Smarty customer service
Ordered two relacement sims, both sims now not working. New replacements not working. Over 40 messages to smarty. The same messages and conflicting information, everytime a new person takes over....
Nathana_3405969 Not sure what we, as customers like you, can really do to help as we don't know the background.
When you order a replacement sim, the original is suspended as a security measure.
We do not know if you have done all the standard checks e.g. account dashboard, network status etc.
