As with any network, some areas may experience better coverage with SMARTY than others, and the size and layout of buildings can significantly impact service quality; indoor coverage may also vary. This is not an acceptable answer, the product doesn't work, as expected irrespective of your terms and conditions. A misrepresentation has occurred. Please cancel the product and refund in full as its within the 14 day period

Did you do a Coverage check first and also a Network Status check?
As Linsey advises you, it will need a claim via the Smarty Support team on web chat.
I totally get that the answer might not be what you were hoping for, but we did set clear expectations by including this information in our terms and conditions, which you read and agreed to upon joining. This suggests that you’re okay with using SMARTY, even if there’s a chance you might run into some network issues.
It's important to know that this applies to all networks, not just SMARTY.
