Partial port, No 2FA no inbound calls or text
Is this problem from the losing carrier O2 or the gaining carrier Smarty, Is there anything i can do personally to help resolve this issue, Its almost 7 days now with no service and no update
Ok the problem is solved, Im not sure if it was the smarty team has sorted it or the fact I called o2 yesterday and asked them to fill in the paperwork for their networking team to confirm they have full ported out the number and removed all stale translation
Izzy-DiOne Hard to say exactly what happened.
The fact that it all worked shortly after you spoke to O2 yesterday does seem to give a hint though.
The main thing is that all is working now. However, don't forget the you will not be able to respond to any short code numbers as Smarty currently does not support that system.
